- To produce the products by considering the effects of food chain before and after the operations, by complying with the environmental health, occupational and worker health and hygiene rules, in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex in developing and managing the food safety management system and quality management system
- To maintain the leading and innovative position in the sector, to develop the technology and product variety of our traditional palate products such as halva, jam, sugar products and pastries by giving importance on natural, chemical additive-free products with our century old experience
- To ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction
- To organize training programs which will continuously improve the knowledge of our staff on quality and hygiene
- To increase our capacity to procure quality and healthy raw materials by evaluating our suppliers and improving our supplier tracking system
- To evaluate and develop all our activities, production environment and our measures to ensure hygiene with the philosophy of "continuous development"
